The ultimate hospo solution
When your venue runs on tight shifts, peak hours, and a diverse customer base, the last thing you want is friction in the ordering flow. These three new features in OrderUp Blue are designed to give you more control over how, when, and in what language your guests order—so they get what they need, and your team stays focused.
Set Multiple Opening & Closing Times

If your operations run in split shifts (like lunch and dinner), a single opening and closing time just doesn’t cut it. That’s why OrderUp Blue now lets you define multiple opening and closing time slots per day.
You can:
Add, edit, or remove time slots for each day of the week
Set two or more time windows—say, 11 am–2 pm and 5 pm–9 pm
Rely on built-in validation to prevent time overlaps or errors
The result? Accurate online availability that mirrors your real-world schedule. No more frustrated customers trying to order when your kitchen’s closed, or missed orders during peak hours.
Add Optional Prompts at Checkout
Need to ask “Include cutlery?” without forcing the customer to respond? You now have a non-mandatory, fully configurable checkbox that sits quietly on the checkout page—visible, but not intrusive.
Key details:
You control the text and whether it’s enabled at all
If left unchecked, it doesn’t block payment
If checked, the response is passed along with the order data
Perfect for special instructions like utensils, packaging notes, or fulfilment requests.
Let Guests Order in Their Language
If you serve a multilingual community, your digital ordering experience should reflect that. The new language switcher on OrderUp Blue’s landing page lets customers choose between English, Chinese, and Bahasa Indonesia—instantly updating the content to their preferred language.
It’s a small change that makes a big difference in:
Conversion rates
Customer confidence
Overall ordering satisfaction
These updates may be lightweight on setup, but they go a long way in reducing confusion, enhancing accuracy, and creating a more inclusive experience for your guests.
