This dashboard consolidates loyalty data including total value earned and redeemed, engagement levels, and store-level performance. It provides visibility into whether loyalty value is being used after it is earned.
What you can do:
Compare total loyalty value earned versus redeemed across time, venues, and tiers
Identify high-performing and underperforming stores
Review top customers to understand behaviour and reward engagement
Export merchant-level performance data for further analysis
What you’ll see:
Trends: loyalty signups by store, earn versus redeem over time, store-level heatmaps
KPIs: total members, value earned and redeemed, earners versus redeemers
Leaderboards of top earners and redeemers
