Nomni
The ultimate hospo solution
This month’s updates focus on improving operational efficiency and supporting revenue growth.
Venues can now simplify loyalty earn and redemption using QR codes, helping increase program signups and in-store engagement.
Marketing performance can be tracked more accurately, from Facebook ads through to Nomni Online Ordering, using Meta Pixel integration.
Back-office processes have also been improved with faster invoice processing to reduce administrative time.
Below are the key highlights released this month.
Instant Rewards for New Sign-Ups, without Passwords!

New customers can now receive rewards when joining your loyalty program without creating a separate username or password. This reduces friction at signup and allows venues to deliver value immediately.
The process uses OIDC (OpenID Connect) verified logins.
OIDC is a secure authentication method that verifies identity through trusted login providers. It removes the need for customers to create new passwords while maintaining data security.
With OIDC-verified rewards:
The signup flow is secure, fast and streamlined.
Rewards can be delivered via SMS or email, including unique promo codes for immediate or later redemption.
Venues can issue Brandollars, vouchers or free items aligned to specific business goals, available exclusively through the loyalty program.
Secure authentication and unique reward records ensure one-time redemption and protect customer data.

Faster, Smarter Item Management with KDS Quantity Adjustments
In fast-paced kitchens, manual quantity adjustments can slow service and increase errors. The Completed Item Quantity update in Nomni POS KDS simplifies this process. Staff can tap to reduce item quantities or press and hold for bulk adjustments directly on the screen.
This improves order accuracy, speeds up ticket handling and reduces pressure during busy periods.
Designed for
Quick-service restaurants
Casual dining venues
High-traffic cafés
How to Enable
Open the Nomni POS iOS KDS app.
Go to Settings and locate the Completed Item Quantity toggle.
Switch it on to activate the feature.
Full Control Over Cash Payments at Every Register
Not every register needs to accept cash. The Manage Cash Payment Per Register feature allows you to enable or disable cash payments for each Nomni POS register independently.
This supports venues moving toward cashless service or refining payment flows without interrupting operations.
Key Highlights
Streamlined Checkout: Align payment methods with specific registers to reduce confusion at the counter.
Operational Resilience: Settings are stored locally, limiting disruption during cloud outages.
Simple Setup and Continuity: Registers retrieve saved configurations from the cloud upon installation, ensuring consistent settings across devices.
Invoice processing with Nomni Supply just got faster by 60%!
Invoice processing in Nomni Supply is now significantly faster, with automation and workflow improvements reducing processing time to under one minute.
For venues using the self-serve invoice processing module, common rejection causes have been addressed.
New items are a leading reason invoices are rejected. A new workflow allows human verifiers to add new items to the supplier catalogue while reviewing rejected invoices. This reduces manual handling and cuts processing time by approximately 60 per cent.
Price changes are another frequent cause of rejection. The system now maps price changes automatically and allows you to accept or reject them directly within the invoice or through the price change report. You can also update prices in the Market List within the same workflow.
Updated Theoretical Cost Of Goods Sold (TCOGS) reports
A common challenge for operators is understanding which items drive volume and which deliver margin. Clear visibility into both sales performance and cost is essential for effective pricing and promotion planning.
Nomni Supply now displays Total Sales alongside Theoretical Cost of Goods Sold at a menu item level. This report combines sales and cost data to highlight which menu items contribute positively to margin and which may be eroding profitability.
To access this view, open the Theoretical Cost of Goods Sold report and navigate to the Menu Items tab.
Note: This feature is available when using Nomni Supply integrated with Nomni POS.
Create recipes faster
The Recipes interface in Nomni Supply has been updated to simplify data entry and reduce setup time.
Previously, ingredients had to be added to inventory before being used in a recipe. Now, any items listed in your Market List appear as available ingredients. You can add them to inventory directly from the Recipes page while building or editing a recipe.
This reduces double-handling and speeds up recipe configuration.
Meta Pixel Integration in Nomni Online Ordering

Your online ordering menu can now integrate with Meta using Meta Pixel.
With this integration, Nomni Online Ordering Blue tracks customer activity on your menu and sends standard events to Meta, including PageView, AddToCart and Purchase. These events are visible inside Meta Events Manager within Facebook Business.
This integration enables you to:
Run targeted and retargeting ads on Meta platforms using high-intent signals such as menu views, cart additions and completed purchases.
Pro-Tip: Set up dynamic ads that display items customers previously viewed or interacted with.
Measure the performance of Meta campaigns that direct traffic to your online ordering platform with clearer conversion data.
Pro-tip: For more complete tracking, consider using Conversions API alongside Meta Pixel to create a redundant event setup.
Build Lookalike audiences based on customers who demonstrated strong purchase intent, such as adding items to cart or completing an order.

We’re always looking for ways to help you serve your customers better. Stay tuned for even more exciting updates every month!
