Diners Now Earn and Burn Brandollars, Without Ever Leaving Your Magic App

For venues that prioritise brand ownership, loyalty should sit entirely within their own customer experience. Customers can now view, earn and redeem Brandollars directly inside the Magic App ordering flow.

To enable this, you will need Nomni Loyalty, a Magic App and Nomni Online Ordering or Nomni Online Ordering Blue for digital ordering.

There is no need for customers to log into a separate app or be redirected. Loyalty is now integrated natively within your branded Magic App experience.

What’s New

  • Customers can see their Brandollar balance during checkout without logging into another platform.

  • They can redeem Brandollars at the point of purchase.

  • They can view how many Brandollars they will earn before confirming their order.

  • Earned Brandollars are credited instantly after payment.

  • All functionality sits inside your fully branded Magic App.

This update gives venues full control over how customers earn and redeem Brandollars, without redirects or app switching.

To activate this feature, contact your account manager.

If you are not yet using Magic App, upgrading provides access to integrated loyalty, branded ordering and a unified customer experience.

Split Opening Hours on the Nomni Online Ordering App

Split opening hours are now available in the Nomni Online Ordering mobile app, extending functionality previously released on desktop.

Merchants can manage multiple daily trading sessions directly from their mobile device, with real-time updates and full scheduling control.

For venues operating lunch and dinner shifts or mid-day closures, this ensures more accurate store availability, reduces rejected orders and delivers a smoother customer experience, all managed on the go.

Tipping Now Prominent at Checkout

Tipping visibility has been improved in Nomni Online Ordering Blue. Previously, the tip option was less prominent during checkout. With this update, a tip prompt now appears automatically, making the option clearer and easier to access.

Feature Highlights

  • Automatic Popup at Checkout: A tip prompt appears directly on the checkout screen.

  • Predefined and Custom Tip Options: Customers can select a preset amount or enter a custom tip.

  • Popup Dismissible: Customers can skip the prompt without interrupting their order.

  • Persistent “Leave Tip” Button: The tip option remains accessible even after the popup is closed.

  • Improved User Experience: Tipping is integrated into the checkout flow in a clear and straightforward way.

WeChat Pay Now Available in Singapore

Nomni Pay now supports additional online payment methods for merchants in Singapore, including WeChat Pay.

WeChat Pay is widely used in Singapore and was not previously available through the platform. Merchants can now offer it at checkout without additional setup, expanding payment choice for customers who prefer mobile-first options.
