How to Create a Form in Nomni Engage

  1. Select “Website” from the left menu to open the Forms overview page.

  2. Click “Create a form” in the top-right corner.

  3. Enter a form name. Choose “Inline Form”. (Upgraded plans also include floating bar, floating box or modal options.)

  4. Select “Action” to define what happens on submission. Options include:

  • Add a tag

  • Email results notification

  • Subscribe to a list

  • Add to a deal

  1. Click “Create” to open the form builder.

  2. Drag and drop required fields such as Name, Email or Phone.

  3. Select any field to rename it or mark it as required.

  4. Click outside the field to return to layout, styling and configuration options.

  5. Under “Options”, set the “On submit” action, such as displaying a thank-you message or triggering a form action.

  6. Click “Integrate” and copy the Simple Embed Code.

  7. Log in to Magic App Studio.

  8. Paste the embed code into the section where the form should appear.

The form is now live inside your Magic App.
